Hi Fellow Developers!

I am wondering about the options for manipulating a Lotus Notes Database on a server from Visual Basic 2010 through the use of Lotus Domino Objects.

So far, I have been able to make my program connect to the database, and to create a new document. I am also able to make my program enter data into the different fields of the document.

The problem is: When I open the database manually in Lotus Notes to view the automatically created documents - I can open these new documents and view the information entered by the program in respective fields. However, when I press the Edit button while looking at the document, nothing happens. There is 1 second of load time, and then everything behaves as if I had'nt pressed the button.

Please help me by giving your input on this!
